Not only are there a lot of us playing these games, we all tend to be a trifle on the heavy side.
As such, not only do we encourage movement away from the computer in order to perform such actions as Sleeping, and your Daily Ablutions, we also cannot stress enough the need for a regular exercise regimen.
This can take the form of any number of activities. We personally recommend walks in the park, thumb wrestling, Indian wrestling, toe touches (knees unbent), bare knuckle boxing (humans), bare knuckle boxing (grizzly bears), hand stands, and the decathlon. Most anything that gets your heart to pumping is going to sharpen your wits and increase your strategic abilities.
Our goal is to eventually be playing a Good-Weight-For-Our-Height Multi-Player Game.
